KHS journeys to Mammoth, CA for the Pro GRT Finals

The KHS team made their way up to Mammoth Lakes, CA for the final round of the Pro GRT series. Coming into the finals Logan Binggeli was siting in 3rd place overall, and in order to take the title he needed the win, and the current leader at the time, Shane Leslie had to finish 7th or worse.
We came close, but just couldn't snatch the title. Logan ended up 2nd on the day, and 2nd overall,  it was a massive attempt and this will set the team up well for the 2017 season.

Onto the RAMPAGE!!!

KHS heads east for a World Cup & 3 ProGRT Events

Summer has been in full swing, and KHS Factory Racing has been at it!

KHS Factory Racing first headed up to Killington MTN in Vermont for round 4 of the Pro GRT series. This was one of the most beautiful venues for a Mountain Bike race, and they did a superb job hosting it.

We came out of Killington with a solid result, even with Logan's crash he finished 13th, but we were looking for the big W, and wanting to get back into the points lead. From there we travelled onto Mont Sainte Anne, Quebec Canada, for the penultimate stop on the UCI World Cup Circuit.

Mont-Sainte-Anne was going very well for us, Logan Binggeli qualified 30th and was looking on point for a top 20 finish, and that is normally when things go astray, Logan crashed in the very last practice run before finals and suffered a concussion and was unable to race. Then off to New York to the old Windham World Cup track.

Going into Windham we had to be conservative and calculated, we couldn't afford any unforced errors. A solid result was turned in from Binggeli (6th place), not on the podium but close enough to remain in the hunt for the overall title. We departed early that next week for Snowshoe Resort in West Virginia, and the second to final round of the 2016 ProGRT series.

We arrived at Snowshoe under beautiful sunny summer skies, and enjoyed the riding and weather all the way up to race-time Sunday, when the heavens opened up and we experienced a torrential downpour just in time to make track conditions near impossible.

We accomplished exactly what we wanted to on the east all said and done. Logan Binggeli ended up 4th and on the podium and still in the points chase sitting in 4th overall leading up to the finals later this month in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
